You will get two benefits from this method. The first benefit is about the link building. Your website will be more popular as your link has spread to other sites. This way, you will get a higher search engine ranking. This is called the search engine optimization which allows you to get free traffic from search engine.

The second benefit is the traffic generation. By submitting your RSS feed to the RSS aggregator you will get more exposure and more traffic as the amount of your RSS feed subscriber increase. Make sure that you have submitted your RSS feed to the RSS aggregator.
